Our Commitment to Your Safety

Redi Staffing Solutions is committed to ensuring the health and safety of all employees and minimising the impact of its activities on the environment.

Your safety is our priority. If you have any concerns over your safety, the safety of others on the site or if you injure yourself at work, speak to your supervisor first and then contact us immediately. You can also call our safety hotline on 1800 720 900 to report or discuss any concerns

Redi Staffing Solutions has a goal of zero injuries and our safety activities are focused on this goal. We have a team of safety professionals who manage our safety issues. This team looks after safety matters and injured employees.

Our Safety Team spend most of their time on our client’s sites. You will meet them whilst they undertake a range of tasks including Safety Conversations.  These safety based topics discuss workplace hazards on our client sites.  You may also meet our Safety Team whilst they are conducting risk assessments and investigating workplace incidents.


Running Late or Unavailable for a Shift?

If you either cannot make it or are running late please contact Redi Staffing Solutions immediately or as soon as possible (minimum 1 hour prior to starting time as the general rule). This will allow us to keep the client informed to ensure that you have the best chance of maintaining ongoing work.

You are responsible for ensuring we receive your timesheets by 9am on Monday morning. If you have any questions regarding the pay cycle feel free to contact us. For our candidate and client convenience Timesheets are available from our website.


Safety on Site

When you accept a job working for Redi Staffing Solutions you can be assured that the task and site at which you will work has been assessed by a member of our safety team.

You may be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) on site; items may include safety boots, a high visibility vest or hearing protection, among other items.  All items that you are directed to wear are mandatory, without exception.  Penalties may arise for non compliance.

You should notify Redi Staffing Solutions immediately practicable if you suffer an injury at work or are involved in a ‘close call’ or ‘near miss’.
